It all started in Australia when my better half and I developed a love of Australian cuisine. With their geographic location so close to the exotic east, Australians have, for years, embraced the spicy and exotic dishes of Thai, Indonesian, Indian and other neighbouring civilisations and even taken them to higher levels… a food and taste fusion that delighted us and truly got us on the spice road.

Over the past decade I’ve been tantalised and seduced by my wife’s exploration into the world of cooking with spice. I’m certainly her No1 spicefan!

But now it’s time to share some of her wonderful, aromatic, mouthwatering creations with you other spicefans out there.
